Returns and Refunds


We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.  To request a return please contact us through the contact form in our store.  Items simply returned without notice will not be available for a refund.  The cost of the return shipping is the expense of the customer and not KY Handcrafted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.


Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items please take a photograph of the item right out of the box.  


Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products that are special orders, personalized items, etc. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Also, note that returns do not apply on sale items, close-out items, discontinued sales, or gift cards.  These transactions are final.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. A 15% restocking and processing fee will be charged on all refunds.
