Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Any manufactured defect will be covered. The issue will be covered by repair or replacement at our discretion.
A: If the product is worn due to normal or expected wear/tear then we don't. If the defect is caused by damage due to user error then we don't.
Comment: Our gear is built to be used but it should be understood that through typical use wear/tear issues are expected. To begin a warranty return please send a message through our contact form and include your order number and the name on the order. Note a photo of the warranty issue may be requested.
Q: I have changed my mind on a product and would like to return it. How can I make a return?
A: Products can be returned with 14 days of receiving the product. The product MUST be in its original new condition with no signs of wear/tear or dirty. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Once the product is returned and inspected a refund to the original payment source will be provided less a 15% restocking/handling/process fee.
Q: Do you have lead time for purchase/shipment?
A: No. Products are only sold when in "stock". Meaning the product has been sewn and ready to ship upon purchase. Once a product is "sold out" then it won't be available for sale in the store.
Comment: Rest assured that once a product has entered a "sold out" status new products are being sewn or scheduled to be sewn.
Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Typically no. The development of products is a time consuming and expensive process. The cost of custom products will often be four (4) times the cost of similar products offered in the store.
Q: What if I want a store product but in a different color?
A: There is a good possibility that we can supply you with what you are looking for provided the color is available in the market to purchase. Send us a message requesting the product/color you are looking for.
Q: Are your products made in the USA?
A: Yes. All products are sewn in our shop right here in Kentucky. Supplies are purchased from suppliers that support "Made in the USA".
Q: How quickly will my products ship?
A: Unless some unforeseen event occurs, products are placed in the mail within three (3) business days with the majority of products going out in two (2). See out shipping page for more details.
Q: I have an original idea for a product. Would you be interested in producing/developing it?
A: Yes. Please send a message through our contact form to begin the process.
Q: Is waxed canvas good for the environment?
A: Yes, canvas is a cotton blend and is a natural material, waxed canvas is biodegradable at end-of-life unlike synthetic fabrics. However, some waxes used in processing could have environmental implications. Natural waxes such as beeswax is not.
